salsa hot spot featuring salsa
dancing and lessons with Salsa y Control,
rueda lessons with MIT Rueda Group &
Ivan, regular performances, and an amazing
venue filled with 250 welcoming salsa
dancers. Friday Night Salsa has it all,
including: a 5400 square foot ballroom,
a raised performance stage, club lighting
and sound, a reasonably priced full bar
($4-5 beer, $5-7 mixed drink, $2 water),
a parking garage next door ($1/hr) and
public transport on Mass Ave. (Red Line,

smart casual to funky casual to simply
elegant.
Bottom Line: For $12
you get two hours of lessons, three and
a half hours of dancing, and free burritos!
Driving Directions: Take
Storrow or Memorial Drive to River St.
(where the two gas stations are), then
a right on Mass Ave, a right on Pearl
St (where FootLocker and Putnam Furniture
is), and your first right on Green St.
Parking: There is a large,
inexpensive ($1/hr)parking garage right
next door - you can't miss it!
Walking Directions (from Red
Line's Central Stop): From Mass
Ave take a left on Prospect St then a
left on Green St. It is a one minute walk.
Please note that the Friday Night Salsa
parties are now 21+.
